1) On Point With Details
90-minute expert advice when you need it; whether you’re just starting out or you’re needing some suggestions and guidance on logistics, vendors, or wedding details, to move forward with your design and concept, my years of experience, skills and knowledge of the industry can assist you. - We will provide you with a downloadable replay of the call recording to replay in the future
2) Month-of-Wedding Management
You have already booked the vendors and planned your wedding but want an expert to manage all of the details, complexities, and elements involved for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We are that team!
Lean on us to take care of every detail, big or small, so you can enjoy your special day. We would begin working with you two to three months from your wedding date. We like to have a full understanding of your wedding day vision and dreams. This will ensure all is perfect on your wedding day. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:
TWO to THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY
- Up to 10 meetings via zoom , conference or in person, 20 hours of service prior to your wedding day
- Hours can be applied to pick up and delivery of Welcome Bags for Hotel guests
- Phone and email correspondence
- Review all vendor contracts in details
- Assistance with final menu selection, count and co-ordination
- Venue walk through to finalize design, timeline, set-up and room layout
Rehearsal
- Arrive at ceremony rehearsal location 2 hours prior to start time
- Ensure all items are taken care of (alter arrangements, décor, programs, etc.)
- Greet all guests invited to Ceremony Rehearsal, review details and ceremony plans
- Rehearse a minimum of two times with entire wedding party, parents, grandparents, and officiant
- Confirm entire wedding party are on target and have a timeline
- Confirm Rehearsal Dinner details and location
Day of Ceremony
- Assist with the “First Look”, coordinate with photographer, bride and groom
- Confirm location and time
- Two Coordinators on site: coordination and management of the wedding ceremony
- Wedding coordinators will handle: pinning corsages and boutonnieres
- Ensure all décor and floral arrangements are set and in place
- Ensure Green Room is set and ready for Wedding Party, Groom Groomsmen, Bride and Brides Maids
- Review program and details with Officiant, Priest, Minister, etc.
- Assist with Bridal Party arrival
- Confirm Musicians/Music is set and all understands the program and details
- Line up Bridal Party, Groom, Grooms Men, Parents
- Special programs, guest book are in place
- Assist with transportation (shuttle service, airport transportation, specialty vehicles)
- Welcome all guests, answer questions, assist with all unexpected issues
- Assist guests with special needs of any kind receive care and assistance when required during wedding ceremony and wedding reception
- Coordinate ushers, readers, ceremony musicians, parents/grandparents, bridesmaids, groomsmen, bride and groom are set.
- Cue Wedding Party to begin processional, recessional, musicians, Officiant, Wedding Party
- Ensure Bride is perfect to walk down the isle
- Manage wedding parties exit strategy after ceremony
- Will there be a receiving line, additional photos, what is the plan after the ceremony is completed?
- Confirm Reception area is set and ready for guests; bar is set, opened, hors d’oeuvres, appetizers are in place
- Direct guests to reception area
- Confirm game plan for wedding parties’ entrance to reception
- Any special details, elements that need to be in place and managed?
Reception Coordination
- Wedding Coordinator is on site 3 to 4 hours prior to start time to ensure all details are in progress and on time
- Handle any issues or unexpected situations with vendors, venue and resources
- Ensure count for seating, tables, party favors, centerpieces, linens, programs, are in check and actuate
- Place guest book, pen, bridal portrait, toasting flutes, sign-in book, cake knife, table numbers, escort cards, etc. are set properly
- Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors.
- Transport flowers and décor to ceremony and reception
- Welcome Guests to Reception, assist with questions, seating, etc.
- Coordinate the introductions with DJ, Venue, Wedding Party and Photographer
- Coordinate the First Dance, Cake Cutting, Mother/Son, Father/Daughter Dance with DJ, Venue, Photographer and Wedding Couple
- Coordinate the Speeches, Comments with the MOH, BM, and Parents
- Coordinate any special entertainment
- Act as a liaison between the bride, groom, family and vendors.
- Coordinate the Finale any Special Effects
- Gather and ensure all gifts and gift cards are secured
- Arrange to give final payments to vendors
- Access to Expect the Unexpected Wedding Emergency Kit
- Assist with wedding gifts, card box, and any wedding amenities (signage, party favors, programs, etc.) that will require to be packed and ready to go with bride/groom or family member

3) Full-Service Wedding Planning and Design

Capturing your story, bringing it to life perfectly, creating an unforgettable memory. Together we will help you design, create, imagine and manage a flawless wedding celebration. From the Ceremony rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and Reception; She She will be with you every step of the way!

The Beginning
- Meet via Zoom or In-Person to discuss your Dream wedding (one-hour complimentary consultation)
- Listen, discuss, create, bounce ideas off of each other, hearing all about your vision and plans
- We will put together a detailed design, a plan that outlines your vision and concepts
- Create a budget and estimated costs managing your expenses
- Assist with the selection of your dream venue; researching and narrowing down the location you have always envisioned your wedding would be held
- Location, private residence, winery, barn venue, ballroom, historic site, etc. We help you select the perfect venue
- Consultation and continuous communication
- Month to Month Task List
- Wedding Concept, Styling and Design
- Vendor selections, includes referrals and vetted industry professionals with the highest standards
- Assistance in negotiating vendor contracts and finalizing details
- Continuous contacts with vendors and venue
- Vendors/resources include venue, entertainment, DJ, bands, catering and menu selections, florist, décor, staging, lighting, bakery, rentals, photographer, videographer, transportation, hair, make-up, signage, photo-booth, special effects, linens, etc.
- Venue walk-through to ensure the venue is providing all of the services the bride and groom are asking for
- Double Check all details on the venues
- Assist with menu selections (food and beverage)
- Determine style of service (seated, buffet, stations, cocktails)
- Contact hotels for room rates and availability
- Negotiate room rate, # of overnight rooms, review details on contract
- Arrange transportation for out-of-town guests, obtain proposals with shuttle/limo services
- Confirm locations, times and # of guests needing transportation.
- A She She representative will be on site to manage, shuttle service
- Assist with production, of stationary items required, Save the Date, Invitation, Menu Cards, Program Cards, Table #’s, Place cards, etc.
- Seating Chart design, arrange with a vetted professional to design and create
- Assist with the selection of Party Favors, design, vendor, delivery, and placement
- Welcome Bag, to include various items: Welcome Letter, Itinerary, Map of Area, Visitors Guide, Bottled Water, etc.
- Arrange delivery of Welcome Bags to Out-of-Town guests
- Final Walk-through of venue, finalize all details, timeline, and menu changes, etc. with Catering/Banquet venue Rep.
Ceremony Rehearsal
- Arrive at ceremony rehearsal location 2 hours prior to start time
- Ensure all items are taken care of, programs, special décor, meet with Officiant
- Greet all guests invited to Ceremony Rehearsal, review details, and ceremony plans
- Rehearse a minimum of twice, with entire wedding party, parents, grandparents, and officiant
- Provide timeline and agenda to wedding party, officiant
- Confirm entire wedding party are all on point and have a timeline
- Confirm Rehearsal Dinner details and location
Day of Ceremony
- Assist with the “First Look” coordinate with photographer, bride and groom
- Confirm location and time of “First Look”
- Ensure limo service, shuttle service is in place, on time, have special requirements such as champagne, bottled water, lite bites, etc.
- Ensure ceremony design, details, logistics, music, floral, décor, programs, are all in place
- Confirm music processional, recessional order, all ceremonial music is set and on cue
- Reserved seating is in place
- Trouble shoot and handle any problems that may arise
- Greet Wedding Guests, Hand out Programs, Answer any questions
- Meet with Officiant/Musicians review agenda/timeline
- Greet and Meet Wedding Party, location for staging bridal party
- Cue Officiant/Musicians to begin Wedding Ceremony
- All Wedding Party is lined up and ready to walk
- Bride and FOB (or escort) is prepped and ready for grand entrance
- Cue Officiant and Musicians
- Recessional Music is cued after ceremony is completed
- Confirm location of Wedding Party after ceremony is completed
- Receiving Line? Additional Photos of family and wedding party
- Strategy for guests to exit church
- Wedding Party departs for additional photos and reception
Wedding Reception
- She, She consultant is present at wedding venue three (3) hours prior to wedding reception start time
- She, She Wedding Planner will review all details, updates, and plans with on site Catering/Banquet Reps., Culinary Team, Vendors, DJ, Signage, Bakery, Décor, Linens, all elements and resources are in place, on time and are ready for the start time
- Handle any issues or unexpected situations with vendors, venue, and resources
- Ensure count for seating, tables, party favors, centerpieces, linens, programs, are in check and actuate
- Place guest book, pen bridal portrait, toasting flutes, sign-in book, cake knife, table numbers, escort cards, are set properly
- Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors
- Transport flowers, décor frm ceremony area to reception area if needed
- Welcome guests to reception, assist with questions seating, etc.
- Coordinate the introductions with the DJ, Catering Staff, Wedding Party, and Photographer
- Coordinate the First Dance, Cake Cutting, Mother/Son Dance, Father/Daughter Dance with DJ, Venue, Photographer, and Wedding Couple
- Coordinate the speeches, comments with the MOH, BM, and Parents
- Coordinate any special entertainment
- Ensure the wedding couples expectations are exceeded; Wedding Celebration is Flawless
- Act as liaison between the wedding couple, family and vendors
- Coordinate the Finale and Special Effects
- Gather and ensure all gifts and cards are secured and handed to a family member and or wedding couple
- Arrange final payment/gratuity to vendors
- Access to “Expect the Unexpected Wedding Emergency Kit”
