The Day-of-Wedding Coordinator will help you navigate the timeline, coordinate with the vendors, set-up escort cards, arrange decor, put fires out that may arise, and so much more. We are the key communicators interacting with the venue(s), vendors, invited guests, family, ensuring all elements and details are executed to your specifications.
Your service begins with Personal Service from an experienced and dedicated Wedding Planner:
- Day of Coordination begins 4 weeks prior to your wedding date
- Meet with you via Zoom or In-Person to review all details, contracted vendors, discuss logistics, etc.
- She, She Wedding Planner will be the Day of primary contact for all vendors
- Manage and facilitate set-up, from place cards, to décor, to party favors
- Oversee and direct all vendors during load-in and load-out
- Confirm all Wedding Décor is set-up to your specifications
- On-site for your Ceremony Rehearsal, Co-ordinate and Manage the Wedding Party
- Ensure Bridal Party is on schedule
- Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of the wedding couple and bridal party
- Manage and distribute gratuities and final payments to contracted vendors
- Direct and manage Grand Exit finale and photo
- Deliver gifts/card box to trusted family and or friend at the end of the evening
- Ensure all of you personal décor/belongings are gathered, stored and given to family members to take home
- 12 hour Time limit on your Wedding Day
